90-Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty

All Cross Legacy products are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty applies worldwide and covers manufacturing defects only.

What Is Covered?

Our warranty covers defects caused during the manufacturing process, including:

  • Faulty clasps or closures.
  • Defective chain links.
  • Structural defects present upon normal use.
  • Manufacturing flaws affecting the functionality or integrity of the product.

If your product has a verified manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, you may choose one of the following:

  • A free replacement.
  • A full refund.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts or excessive force.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper care or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading or cosmetic aging over time.
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products or salt water.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Inspection Process

If necessary, we may request additional photos, videos or ask you to return the product for inspection before approving your claim.

If a return is required, we will provide you with detailed instructions.

Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, you may choose between:

  • A free replacement product, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

No additional warranty fees apply.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty is available only for products purchased directly from the official Cross Legacy store.

Proof of purchase (order number or purchase confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.

Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those statutory rights where they cannot legally be excluded.
